Hello all! My name is Halee, or you can call me the Ginger Snap if you'd prefer. How did I start baking you ask? Well, I originally trained and worked as a school teacher, but that all changed when I moved to England to be with my husband. I was a visitor at the time so that left me hanging around the house all day. I started filling my days with baking; experimenting, testing, research, and eating! I woke up, made my husband breakfast, and spent the next 6 hours in the kitchen baking and I loved every minute of it.
While I was in England, I attended Betty’s cookery school, where I learned many techniques. We moved back to San Antonio in January 2015, and I immediately started looking for work in a professional working kitchen. I worked for several companies around San Antonio and now, after learning so much, I am ready to do my own thing. Watch out world.
